UvAwireless! Use your notebook in the library, right in the city centre or at the outskirts of town.

Study places
The UB at Singel 425 has 665 study places – 120 of which come with a PC – and 20 lounge places. So even those who are not so fortunate as to have a notebook, can get right down to work. On weekdays you can study in the UB from 8.30 – 23.45, on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 – 18.00. In the weekends during exam periods even until 24.00.

Other UvA libraries also have study places with and without PCs. So plenty of space for quiet study.

The PCs in the library give access to the internet, the Digital Library, MS Office, SPSS and RefWorks.* You can make (colour) prints, which can be paid by chipper, chipknip or cash.* Save your work on a USB stick or the u-drive.
